  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Shipping Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery times for domestic orders vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days.
    • Next-Day Shipping: Delivered the next business day.
  • International Shipping: International orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs processing times. Delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charges.
  • International Orders: Shipping times for international orders may vary and are subject to delays due to customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other import duties that may apply in their country.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
